the same oatmeal red yeast rice buckwheat packet and my homemade yogurt and the other half of the same pear and the same stuff on top as yesterday, green tea with honey and gogi berries, kale salad with tuna and lupini beans and kimchi and broccoli and 2 dumplings and one date, marine greens kombucha, chicken and brown rice with cauliflower cooked in harissa pomegrante molasses andporkfat + broccoli and a really badly cooked sweet potato. I will eat the same thing for lunch tomorrow i packed my lunch box. i hope it's not TGISF (thank god it's sushi friday when the boss buys us sushi) so my lunch will not be wasted, rooibos chai with milk and money, magnesium. walking home from the gym went to the grocery store i hate that i only go to because it's on the way. bought one tuna one sardine one herring, one bunch of radishes and chicken breast, two mangos, two kiwis, three limes, one lemon, 2 grannysmith apples. no cookies eaten today. i am saving the bubblegum flavored cookies for monday i hope.
