lunch: brown rice, lentil, chicken, parlsey + celery apple juice
snack: litte bit of buckwheat quinoa chia overnight oats made for tomorrow and the day after and after with cinnamon, goji berry, dried california pear and nectarine, maca, collagen, bee pollen, coconut, walnut, kefir, regular molasses, pomegranate molasses + one strawberry (for the snack)
dinner: white rice, natto, tempeh, sardine, sweet potato, roasted carrot and eggplant
