breakfast: smoothie with blueberries, yogurt, ice cubes, protein powder, collagen powder, pineapple, cinnamon, flax seeds, chia seeds
lunch: salad made of kale, cucumber, sunflower seeds, yogurt, quinoa and i put chicken sausage on it
dinner: the rest of the kale salad and some cooked egg whites that i have because i made custard tonight for making ice cream tomorrow morning
